Rachit Dang brings over two decades of experience across hotels, premium restaurants, business clubs, and large-scale hospitality operations. Currently serving as Vice President – Dining & Business Clubs at DLF Hospitality, he has built and led high-performing teams while hiring, training, and mentoring hundreds of professionals. His work has consistently focused on developing people and building strong, sustainable hospitality cultures.

Mehak Arora Dang brings a unique perspective shaped by hospitality and international diplomatic environments. After beginning her career in hotel training, she went on to work closely with the High Commission of Canada and the British High Commission, managing large-scale corporate and estate services. Her experience includes complex operational workflows, visa and consular processes, sensitive environments, and cross-functional teams operating at the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Together, they created Hospitality Goals to give back to the industry by offering free, honest, and structured mentorship to students and working professionals.

What started as guidance has grown into a community of individuals who are serious about hospitality and committed to building meaningful careers — growing together both professionally and personally.
