Rachit Dang

Founder

With over two decades of experience across hotels, premium restaurants, and business clubs, Rachit has spent his career building teams, shaping service cultures, and mentoring hundreds of hospitality professionals. His journey has always been rooted in one belief that- strong businesses are built by strong people. Through Hospitality Goals, he brings real-world industry knowledge, honest guidance, and structured mentorship to help students and working professionals grow into confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.  

Mehak Arora Dang

Co-founder

Mehak’s journey blends hospitality with rare exposure to international diplomatic environments, where professionalism goes hand in hand with respect for people, culture, and work-life balance. Her experience shaped a belief that true service excellence comes from valuing people as the most important asset. Through Hospitality Goals, she shares this perspective to help individuals build strong careers rooted in empathy, professionalism, and meaningful personal growth.
